The BTCP snapshot will occur on the first block time stamped after 5pm UTC on February 28th, 2018. This will be the case for both BTC, and ZCL.
Once the above timer hits zero, the first block time stamped on both the ZCL and BTC blockchain will be the snapshot block.
The Bitcoin Interest (BCI) hard fork is happening soon at block 505,083 which at the time of this video is around six hours away.
